Efficiency:
The efficiency of this process is already quite simple. With the CNC milling machine fully auto-mated their are very few things to change. We can cut down on downtime by writing a new G-code and making more than one part of the machine at a time. by making new soft jaws for the vice, and also implementing a robotic arm, we are able almost to make the full system a lights-out operation.
Materials and colitis seen in the images, are all used for the HAAS CNC Milling exam, to pass the exam you must identify all materials and tools needed to run and operate the CNC machine.
